BACK IN BLACK...BERRY

This blackberry cold foam over cold brew recipe is the perfect combination of fruity sweetness and creamy goodness. Get ready to impress your taste buds with this refreshing and unique drink! Cold Foam recipe at the Bottom of the page!

Ingredients:

Before you get started, make sure you have the following ingredients on hand:

  • 30g Whipping Cream (35%)
  • 20g Milk
  • 230g Cold Brew
  • 4 Pumps Blackberry Syrup (40ml)
  • 1 Fresh Blackberry
  • 16oz Glass

How to Make It:

  • Dose milk and cream into one pitcher
  • Add 3 pumps of blackberry syrup into milk/cream mixture
  • Use handheld milk frother to froth the milk/cream mixture to a molasses consistency
  • Fill iced cup halfway with ice
  • Dose 230g of cold brew into glass (to the top of the circular logo on the beer glass)
  • Add 1 pump of blackberry syrup into cold brew and give it a quick stir
  • Delicately pour cold foam on top of the cold brew so that it layers on the top
  • Gently place a fresh blackberry on top of the cold foam so that it sits on top

DAIRY-FREE COLD FOAM RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 30g Coconut Whipped Cream
  • 2 Pumps Blackberry Syrup (20ml)*

How to Make It:

  • Squirt 30g of the coconut whipped cream into a milk pitcher
  • Add 2 pumps of blackberry syrup to the whipped cream mixture
  • Use handheld milk frother to froth the whipped cream mixture to a molasses consistency - be careful not to over-froth the mixture as it thins out the more it’s mixed
