SHIPPING
Our goal is to offer the best priced option for shipping. For orders bound for Ontario and Quebec, you'll receive free shipping when you spend over $60 (after discounts; before taxes) on coffee. For orders going to all the other provinces in Canada, you'll receive free shipping when you spend over $79 (after discounts; before taxes). Anything below the free shipping threshold, will have a flat rate of $20 added.
We will process and ship your order within 1-5 business days from the time you place it. At certain times of year (e.g. holidays) or for special circumstances (e.g. Canada Post strike), delivery times may change. But our coffee elves will do their best to process and pack up the order right after receiving it!
To keep it moving along for you, we process everything as “No Signature Required” (which as you can guess, means no signature is required at delivery). If you want us to require a signature, please contact us as soon as you place your order (info@equator.ca).

We will process and ship your order within 4-8 business days from the time you place it.
RETURNS
Once you receive your order, have a look and make sure everything is as ordered. If something is missing or incorrect, get in touch with us as soon as you can (info@equator.ca). If it was our error, we’ll own it and replace the items as soon as possible and arrange for pick up if and when it makes sense to do so - at no cost to you.
If you decide you’d like to return an item in your order for any other reason than our mistake, we can arrange for a pick-up. In this case, we’ll ask you to cover the shipping costs of the return. For coffee, returns must be completed within one week of receiving your order. Sorry, but we can’t accept returns on any ground coffee. We also are not able to return any equipment that has been used (unless it is defective).
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll have a look to verify any damage and will refund the amount via your original method of payment.
PROMOS AND PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Throughout the year, we offer various discounts and promotions. We know that feeling of missing a deal by a few hours or days! So how about this: if you purchase an item at full price and a discount comes up, you can request an adjustment if it's within 7 days of your purchase. Keep in mind: price adjustments are not applicable on purchases that already received a discount/sale/promo; in other words, no double dipping!
The difference will be issued as an online credit towards your next purchase.
