What You'll Need:
- Beautiful Banana Bread Sauce
- Milk of your choice
- Whipping Cream (Coconut Whipped Cream, dairy free alternative)
- Matcha (made according to the directions on the package)
How To Make It:
- Fill a 16oz glass half way with ice.
- Add 10g Banana Bread Syrup to the bottom of the glass.
- Fill the glass 3/4 of the way with milk (approx. 220g).
- Dose of matcha overtop.
- Top with Banana Bread Cold Foam
How To Make Banana Bread Cold Foam:
- Add 20g of Beautiful Banana Bread sauce to a small pitcher.
- Add 30g whipping cream and 20g of milk to the pitcher.
- Use a cold foam wand/frother to mix, starting slowly at the top of the mixture, as the Banana Bread sauce is quite thick.
