- Founded in 2002
- Comprised of 49 members.
- Located in the small village of Pumiri, in the Yungas mountains in Bolivia.
- Coop Coffees was so impressed by AIPEP's organization, so they decided to partner with them in 2006.
- In 2016, AIPEP obtained its own export permit and Fair Trade certification in order to export coffee directly to Coop Coffees.

Manos Campesinas is comprised of 13 cooperative groups across the departments of San Marcos, Quetzaltenango, Sololá and Chimaltenango, and it represents over 1,200 farming families.

AIPEP, the Asociación Integral de Productores Ecológicos de Pumiri, is a primary-level producer association, located in the small village of Pumiri tucked away in the Yungas mountains in the province of Caranavi in Bolivia.
