Luke's Apple Plum Chutney

Freshly cut apples, plums and sweet onions are resting in a thick, hard apple cider reduction and set off by ginger root, a hint of chilies, and a refreshing kiss of lime zest and freshly cut mint.

Beautifully coloured and aromatic. Dress it up with Brie or Chèvre and a little more fresh-picked mint or lime zest too.

Ingredients: Strongbow cider (water, cider fermented apple juice with glucose), glucose-fructose syrup, caramel, citric acid, carbon dioxide, sulphates, Apples, Plums, Sugar, Red onion, Ginger root, Lime zest, Chili paste (chili, salt, acetic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfite, xanthan gum), Salt, Spearmint, Citric Acid
