Seasonal Coffee Artist Series: Spring Into Spring With Anastasiya Malakhova

Since 2009, Anastasiya Malakhova has been gracing the internet with her beloved artistic creations. Equator Coffee Roasters warmly welcomes Anastasiya into our Seasonal Coffee Artist Series with her gorgeous label for our spring blend.

Seasonal Coffee Artist: Anastasiya Malakhova

Anastasiya Malakhova is a talented artist with a creative spirit and 15 years of experience in making art.

“I create fractal and digital art and paint with acrylic and pastels. All my creations are unique and striking. They'll make great gifts for yourself, loved ones, dear friends, relatives and other special people in your life. My artworks cover quite a range - from traditional paintings of flowers, landscapes and animals to modern digital abstracts and fractals. Through art we can express and share our feelings, preserve memories, create new worlds, and just add colours and joy to our lives.”

For Anastasiya, art is something that is meant to bring happiness to the viewer. Artworks make precious and very personal gifts for everyone.

Her lovely lavender landscape, “Pays de Sault,” as featured on our label was first painted as an acrylic on canvas over a decade ago to capture the beauty of France’s landscape she was fortunate enough to witness in-person following a summer trip there. Here is what she had to say when she posted it on July 17th, 2010.

“Sault, France. Lavender blooms from mid June to mid August, depending on the area and the seasonal weather. Lavender fields are one of the most beautiful sights. Beautiful bright colored flowers as far as the eye can see. The aroma is intoxicating. Absolutely fantastic!”

And everyone who’s seen it can agree. In fact, as of this writing, over 8,928 people have marveled at this particular artwork.

This illustration is available on her website here in a variety of customizable ways, most notably on coffee mugs to perfectly match with our new coffee blend’s label.
