The complex tannic structure and phenolic density of these old roots tea trees provide a bold body and robust ruby red infusion. With its rich vivacity and robust, malty character, Wild Thai Black offers a far more rustic and adventurous black tea experience than the common (and easily accessed) colonial heritage teas from Assam, Darjeeling, or Ceylon.
