
A thirst quenching concoction made from Rishi Hibiscus Elderberry Tea, fresh mint, lime juice and a touch of cardamom syrup.
What You'll Need:
- Fresh Mint Leaves
- Ice
- 35g Cardamon Syrup
- 15g Lime Juice
- Hibiscus Elderberry Iced Tea (see recipe below)
How To Make It:
- Smack a mint leave between your hands (this brings out the oils), and put it at the bottom of the glass.
- Fill a 16oz glass 3/4 full of ice.
- Add 3 1/2 pumps of cardamon syrup and lime juice.
- Pour the Hibiscus Iced tea over it all and garnish with some mint.
Hibiscus Elderberry Iced Tea:
- Fill a large container with 90g of Hibiscus Elderberry Loose Leaf Tea
- Add 1800ml of hot water (90°C).
- Let steep for 5 minutes and then strain and cool.
