
A sweet combination of earl grey tea concentrate, blueberry lemon lavender syrup, your choice of milk, topped with a velvety vanilla bean cold foam.
What You'll Need:
- Ice
- 15g (pump and a half) Blueberry Lemon Syrup
- 175g Milk (of your choice)
- 20g Earl Grey Tea Concentrate (see recipe below)
- Vanilla Bean Cold Foam (see recipe below)
How to Make:
- Fill 16oz cup 3/4 full of ice.
- Add Blueberry Lemon Syrup.
- Add the milk of your choice.
- Top it with the Vanilla Bean Cold Foam

Earl Grey Tea Concentrate:
- 60g Loose Leaf Earl Grey tea
- 1800ml Boiling Water
Steep the tea for five minutes, strain and cool.
Vanilla Bean Cold Foam:
- 30g Whipping Cream
- 20g Milk (of your choice)
- 5g Vanilla Bean Syrup
Put all the ingredients into a small pitcher and use a small handheld frother to froth it until it reaches a thick molasses like consistency. Try this on other drinks too!
