A refreshing take on a classic. Crafted with our new Earl Grey Microground to elevate the bright bergamot notes, and sweetened with vanilla bean syrup.
What You'll Need:
- 3g Earl Grey Microground
- 230g Milk (of your choice)
- Ice
- 30g (3 pumps) Luke's Vanilla Bean Syrup
- Cinnamon
How to Make the Iced London Fog:
- Add the Earl Grey Microground into fine mesh strainer, and sift into a matcha bowl.
- Using 85 degree water, incorporate the Microground as you would matcha
- Once desired texture is achieved, add the Vanilla Bean Syrup into bowl with Earl Grey Microground.
- Fill 16oz glass with ice, 3/4 of the way up.
- Pour milk into the glass.
- Pour the Earl Grey and vanilla bean syrup mixture overtop, and enjoy!
