Now Hiring: Westboro Kitchen Staff

Equator Coffee in Westboro is looking for an outgoing, creative and passionate Kitchen master to add to our fast-paced, high-quality environment! This role will generally cover late morning to afternoon, both solo work and alongside another kitchen member.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1-year experience in food, café or restaurant service
• Baking skills - Muffins, loaves, scones, cookies, squares etc
• Cooking/prep skills - Breakfast sandwiches, salads, lunch sandwiches etc
• Café or coffee experience (that's a bonus!)
• Understanding of inventory, orders, cost and waste
• Customer service skills
• Weekend availability (must have)

Performance

• Keeps a clean and safe kitchen environment 
• Effective in time management
• Has a passion for quality ingredients
• Is a team player
• Is willing to take direction
• Helps with table service and dishes (serving food and clearing tables)

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (25-35 per week)

3 to 5 days per week, 5-8hrs/day 

Salary: $15.00-$17.00 per hour + tips
